Sonic Connectors has an immediate opening for a Quality Control Manager located in Midland, Texas.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and manage our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with API regulations. Responsibilities:

• Manage QC inspection strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Oversee the inspection of raw materials, manufactured materials, products, and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Manage and train a team of QC inspectors.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and customers to ensure quality standards are being met.

• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 5+ years of experience in QA/QC inspection, preferably in a manufacturing & assembly environment.

• Experience with API 6A is required.

• Strong knowledge of utilizing KPA (preferred) or other digital tracking systems.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

• Experience managing a team of QA/QC inspectors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
