82 Quality Assurance Analyst
Sonic Connectors has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst located in Midland, Texas. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to manage our technical writing in accordance with API Standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that our policies and procedures meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities:
· Creates, receives, and inputs data for quality assurance and performs appropriate writing and filing.
· Assists in formatting all Microsoft Word and Excel documents in accordance with company policy and document tracking.
· Maintains electronic and manual filing system. Assists with meeting deadlines for assignments given by supervisor and manager with accuracy and timeliness.
· Maintains constant communication with supervisor and manager, reporting all issues or changes.
· Must have capability to learn internal software systems. Needs to have basic knowledge of API codes.
· Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
· Ability to participate in group meetings.
· Must have strong work ethics, be detail oriented, have professional attitude, be reliable, possess strong organizational and time management skills.
· Must learn and follow all quality requirements in accordance with Sonic Connectors policy standards.
· Responsible for the monitoring of procedures and work instructions related to any software system.
· Must be able to follow standard filing procedures.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma preferred
2+ years of experience in QA/QC inspection, preferably in a manufacturing & assembly environment
Experience with API 6A is required.
Strong knowledge of utilizing KPA (preferred) or other digital tracking systems.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
